I wanted to share my positive experience with Koala Health, especially in light of some of the negative reviews I’ve seen circulating. I recently had an issue with getting my dog’s Apoquel prescription filled, and I was getting increasingly stressed knowing how essential this medication is for her skin condition.
My vet unfortunately made a few errors—first denying the initial request and then taking an unusually long time to approve the second one. Throughout this frustrating process, Koala Health’s customer service truly went above and beyond, particularly CSR Ashley and Pharmacist Vicky.
They stepped in, communicated directly with my vet, and even took a verbal authorization to get things moving (which, frankly, shouldn’t have been necessary on their part—but I’m so grateful they took the initiative). They made sure my dog’s Rx was processed quickly and shipped out with expedited delivery, saving us from a potential medication gap.
Thanks to their diligence and compassion, my dog will not have to suffer from a flare-up, and I can breathe a sigh of relief.
On top of that, I recently found out that my mom’s vet just partnered with Koala, and I was happy to reassure her that based on my experience, she’s in great hands.
